A living project, a unique cuisine. La Javelina is about creating and sharing, a restaurant established by friends for friends, which was born of experimentation and consolidated through a particular specialisation: the sumptuous BBQ prepared like no other. It is a place free of borders where expression is unbound. La Javelina believes in finding oneself through food, and maintains, therefore, a flexible approach: conserving the influence of Texan cuisine, with all the spark of the Mexican character.
