An artist needs the space and tools to make his art resonate and endure. With this in mind, the chef Fernando Zárate decided to give food its place of honor and to make sure that every meal will become “a piece of art”. And so, Atelier Zárate was born, a place where cooking is an experience and remains in the memory for a long time.
