“The name as such means satisfied, so the idea is to give a little bit of that satisfaction to people with the food we are making. We are not inventing anything, it’s nothing special, they are very traditional dishes from each region of Asia in which we are focused “. We can assure you that this modesty is not necessary, because if you try the buns (especially the pork belly), the samosas or the ramen, you´ll see that we may be talking about food from another world.
