Every detail of the bistro is painstakingly thought out so that the experience is authentically French. What makes them special? The passion and excellence with which things are done. The chef, Serge Bousquet, started his career aged 17 at noteworthy kitchens and hotels; during his time at Relais & Chateau with Pierre Orsi, he was awarded a Michelin star, something few restaurants can claim.
