Ciudad Sagrada is a tribute to the place that houses them: San Pedro Cholula, the oldest living city in the world, represents a place where homage is paid to Mexican cuisine and its pre-Hispanic legacy.

Since I was young, this film was one of the elements that inspired me to devote myself to gastronomy. And one of my dreams was to recreate the iconic quail dish in rose petals, and Ciudad Sagrada was the ideal place to achieve it. With dedication and a romantic touch, this dish was positioned among the most recognized restaurants”.
